Had a great time here! the rooms are modern and practical, with a handy kettle and three comfy double beds. 🛏️ Plus, there's a nice restaurant on site for grabbing a meal.

Thoroughly enjoyed the place, had a fine stay with 2 more nights. Double room with comfortable large bed and fridge accommodated us perfectly.

It has a particularly good and fab location near Nishiki market, and Kyoto train station and a grocery store right across the street. Don't forget to visit nearby Kura Kura, they have best coffee ever...

Hotel a 5 min walk from Kyoto bus & rail stations. Very happy start when on arrival at 1030am, our rooms were available, though obviously, this depends on how busy they are. Rooms are larger than experienced with previous Japanese hotels. People at front desk very informative. Also, a free ticket (worth 700 yen) included for the Kyoto Tower. An excellent choice to stay.

The breakfast options are very good and delicious. the hotel's location is comfortable and perfect, being close to restaurants and landmarks. - There is a supermarket in front of the hotel, along with several convenience stores and a coin laundry nearby.

Front desk clerk could not find reservation; however, she honored the rate booked with this website. 10% discount available at Kyoto Tower shops and restaurants.

Easy access to train and bus station and easy to get to all the wonderful sights of Kyoto. Reasonably good breakfast. Staff very pleasant.

The front desk did not have a good knowledge of any Theatre or cultural productions going on in town. My hotel in Osaka told me of an evening of Japanese culture in Kyoto, which I would have liked if the Kyoto hotel had told me about it.

Good location, easy to acess public transportation.

Being next to the station is very convenient. This made it easy to catch the correct bus to all the sites we visited. Unfortunately it is away from the main hub of the city which has more atmosphere. The staff were always friendly and professional.

The room was small and the hotel didn't compare well with the accommodation we used in Tokyo which was cheaper. I think the quality of the towels could be improved
