The amenities provided were outstanding, especially the choice of pillows which really added to my comfort. The location, only a five-minute walk from the station, was perfect for exploring the city. However, the room was a bit small, which is common in the area, and some staff members struggled with English, making communication a challenge at times.

The location's wicked spot-on, just a quick stroll from Kyoto Station. The staff went outta their way to help us out, even carrying our luggage! Seriously, I loved how clean the place was, too. Definitely took advantage of that sweet pillow selection.

The carpet in our room looked old and dirty, which certainly detracted from the ambiance. We also had issues with the laundry facilities. the dryer cycle was far too short, leaving our clothing damp and necessitating additional drying. While the hotel is indeed affordable, the outdated room made it feel like we were staying in a budget motel rather than a proper hotel.

Just a solid selection for spending a night in Kyoto with very good value for money. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering both Japanese and Western options. Be sure to enjoy the view of the tower from your room!

The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore the nearby attractions. The staff was exceptionally helpful. they carried our luggage to the room after check-in without us asking. I also appreciated the comfortable work area with complimentary drinks available, which added to the convenience of my stay.
